Our goal is to educate employees and others who work on behalf of ACEs about the importance of protecting the environment and supporting our customer’s environmental programs. Meets DCAA Requirements

ACEs accounting system is Deltek GCS Premier.  It has been reviewed along with our policies and methods by Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and received their highest rating; deemed “Adequate with No Findings” as late as January 2011.

Safety & Health at Work

ACEs places a high value on the safety of its employees. ACEs is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees and has developed this program for injury prevention to involve management, supervisors, and employees in identifying and eliminating hazards that may develop during our work process. It is the basic safety policy of this company that no task is so important that an employee must violate a safety rule or take a risk of injury or illness in order to get the job done. ACEs has developed a system for identifying and correcting hazards and plans for foreseeable emergencies. ACEs provides initial and ongoing training for employees and supervisors.

 

Employees are required to comply with all company safety rules and are encouraged to actively participate in identifying ways to make our company a safer place to work. Supervisors are responsible for the safety of their employees and as a part of their daily duties must check the workplace for unsafe conditions, watch employees for unsafe actions and take prompt action to eliminate any hazards.

Contingency Plan

ACEs has the capability to respond to emergencies or disasters (such as a hurricane) that would require personnel to evacuate and operations to be relocated.  Our business is geographically distributed and can continue to function virtually uninterrupted from multiple remote and separated locations. We have policies, procedures, and an alternate infrastructure scheme in place to support this contingency requirement.
