Cindy has kept the financial engines running at Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACEs) for over 15 years — and counting. She stepped into the role of Chief Financial Officer on July 11, 2025, after working her way up from Payroll Manager (2010) to Finance Manager (2016), to Director of Finance (2024). If there were a frequent flyer program for promotions, Cindy would have platinum status.
With 24 years of experience in government contracting finance, Cindy manages all company assets and supports every level of management. She oversees planning, execution, and assessment of business and financial operations, from invoicing and cash flow interpretation to predicting future trends and managing capital. She monitors financial program management reports, implements corporate policy, recommends operational improvements, liaises with bankers, accountants, brokers, and auditors, maintains contracts in the accounting system, and completes required annual reports. In short, if it involves numbers, contracts, or keeping the company fiscally fit, Cindy is on it.
Born and raised in Florida (with a memorable four-year Italian adventure thanks to her husband’s military stationing), Cindy balances spreadsheets by day and creativity by night. She enjoys painting, playing with her dogs, and spending time with family. Married to her high school sweetheart for 46 years, she believes in long-term investments—both in finance and in life.
