Born and raised in Hawaii, BJ rejoined Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACEs) in 2026
as an HR Administrator after serving as a Unit Program Coordinator in 2023. She retired
from the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant after 20 years of service, building a
career in aircraft maintenance and avionics systems. Throughout her military career, she
supported command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C2ISR),
combat search and rescue, and electronic warfare missions. Her experience in technical
operations, leadership, and personnel management provided a strong foundation for her
transition into Human Resources, where she continues her commitment to supporting
people and fostering a positive workplace.
BJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from
Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Applied Science in Avionics
Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
Outside of work, BJ enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places,
trying new experiences, expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, and watching
Asian dramas. She brings that same curiosity, enthusiasm, and sense of humor to both her
personal and professional life.
