Joshua and his teams deliver comprehensive support across the full spectrum of operations from next-generation ISR development and senior staff advisement to organizational transitions and direct assistance for end users in deployed environments.

Joshua’s operational foundation was built during two decades supporting the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) mission. As an Intelligence Analyst, Deployed ISR Tactical Controller, Instructional Designer, and Course Director with the 11th Special Operations Intelligence Squadron, he redesigned mission qualification and initial qualification training programs, reducing training timelines by up to 50 percent and slashing IQT failure rates by 95 percent. He deployed to Afghanistan as a Bi-Static Surveillance Operator, providing persistent surveillance and forensic pattern analysis in direct support of special operations forces.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Joshua holds a Master of Arts in Government (concentration in American Government) and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management, both from Regent University. He maintains an active TS/SCI security clearance and has completed advanced training in business development, instructional systems design, and intelligence analysis.

Joshua’s rare blend of warfighter experience, instructional expertise, and business acumen enables ACEs to deliver effective, mission-focused solutions that prepare America’s special operations and intelligence professionals for current and emerging threats.
