With almost 20 years of high-level experience in federal acquisition and strategic procurement, Sarah Chambers brings a wealth of expertise to the Advanced Concepts Enterprises team. As our Contracts & Pricing Manager, Sarah oversees complex negotiations and ensures our business operations remain agile, compliant, and cost-effective.
Before joining ACEs in 2025, Sarah built a distinguished career within the Department of Defense and federal agencies. She has managed billion-dollar portfolios for the U.S. Air Force and the Office of Naval Research, earning an unlimited contracting warrant and prestigious accolades like the 2023 Contracting Officer Customer Service Award of the Year. Her expertise spans the entire acquisition lifecycle, from architecting innovative consolidation plans for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard that saved millions in taxpayer funds to negotiating complex sole-source agreements for major defense programs like the AMRAAM missile system. Her background is truly global, having previously managed international contracts and grants across 32 countries for DOD’s PEPFAR program and advised the U.S. Trade Representative on international procurement policy.
Sarah’s unique ability to blend critical thinking with a client-focused approach allows her to resolve complex procurement challenges while keeping all parties equitably informed. She holds a BBA in International Business from Campbell University, an MBA from the University of Maryland and is DAWIA Level III certified in Contracting.
