Rhonda is a devoted mother of two and a proud grandmother of nine. She finds joy in simple pleasures — lounging in her hammock swing with a cup of coffee, feeling the gentle breeze, and listening to birds sing. She’s adventurous and enjoys pushing herself to higher achievements in life. Whether it’s camping, deep sea fishing, zip lining, or sky diving, she’s up for the challenge!
Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Rhonda grew up surrounded by the vibrant art, culture, and scenery of the French Quarter and City Park. As the fourth of five daughters, she cherished her childhood and spent 13 rewarding years in Girl Scouts, where she both learned and taught valuable life skills. In high school, she worked in daycare and pursued early childhood education before earning her degree in Drafting. She later applied those skills while working for an architect in Louisiana.
In 1997, Rhonda relocated to Northwest Florida and has been dedicated to Human Resources ever since. Over the years, she has expertly assisted, administered, and managed HR functions, including many years as a payroll administrator. She holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and continues to bring deep knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and employee support to her role at ACEs.
In addition to her professional achievements, Rhonda completed the Okaloosa County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training in July 2008, November 2009, and July 2011. She is grateful she has never had to put that training to use.
Rhonda’s warmth, experience, and commitment make her an invaluable part of the ACEs team.
