Ashley P. Clark joined Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACEs) on February 28, 2022, as Facility Security Officer, later assuming the additional role of Safety Manager. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, she developed a strategic recruiting initiative to secure top talent for ACE’s high-demand, low-density roles. On July 1, 2025, Mrs. Clark assumed the role of President, ushering in a new era of strategic growth while upholding ACE’s commitment to prioritizing its employees.
Mrs. Clark’s leadership has been instrumental in driving ACE’s success. Her meticulous attention to detail, deep expertise in defense industry security requirements, and innovative approach to talent acquisition have propelled the company to new heights.
Prior to joining ACEs, Mrs. Clark distinguished herself in an exemplary Air Force career, consistently advancing ahead of her peers. She earned the prestigious Wing-Level General Leo Marquez Award with the 16th Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. As an active-duty Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, she served in critical leadership roles, including First Sergeant, Flight Chief, and Section Chief, with 13 deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and other key operations over the past two decades.
Mrs. Clark is a graduate of the USAF Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and holds associate degrees in Management and Aircraft Armament Technology. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Security Management at American Military University. Deeply engaged in her community, Mrs. Clark serves on the board of Impact 100 Northwest Florida and is an active member of the National Classification Management Systems (NCMS) Emerald Coast Chapter in Fort Walton Beach, where she holds a lead position contributing to the annual seminar planning committee.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys Enduro dirt biking, camping, hockey, and baseball games with her husband and their two children.
