Joe has always been passionate about connecting with people and making a positive impact on those around him. Growing up, he dreamed of competing at the highest levels of sports—whether as a WWE Champion, the centerfielder for the Boston Red Sox, or a member of the New England Patriots. While those aspirations evolved over time, his desire to serve something greater than himself remained constant.
Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at a young age, Joe was unable to pursue military service directly. Determined to contribute to the mission of supporting the United States and its service members, he found his calling within the Department of Defense through ACEs.
As a Recruiter and Assistant Facility Security Officer (FSO), Joe is dedicated to supporting critical missions and helping provide the resources and talent needed to serve our nation’s men and women in uniform. He approaches each day with a team-first mindset, a commitment to continuous growth, and a passion for helping both colleagues and customers succeed.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with family, following sports, and supporting the values and mission of the United States.
